                     About Jessica

I have a twelve year background in finance and human resources and I have worked in the United Nations system in Rome, Italy for four years. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial relations specializing in Organizational Change and Human Resource Development in 1998. In 2003 I obtained the International Certification as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher from the KRI (Kundalini Research Institute-USA).

Later on, with a managerial and organizational background and a spiritual ambition I decided to create a bridge between both, my career and my passion and enrolled in the Coach University (USA) in 2004 which is an accredited program for Business & Personal Coaching.

In January 2007 I started a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology in Alliant International University in Mexico City.

I am committed to personal development and lifelong learning. Since 2003, when I started Teaching Yoga and Coaching in Rome, I act as a resource to my clients by combining my personal and professional experience, knowledge, interests, and skills.

My aim is to facilitate individuals in search of self-awareness and self-achievement to find their personal path to an effortless life and to live with balance finding their own definition of personal success and fulfilment and taking appropriate actions to achieve it.

In my sessions I provide a caring and non-judgmental environment and guide people to find the answers to their own questions in a direct and straight forward manner encouraging them to use all their potentiality and talents.

Every session is designed according to my client’s needs and goals. Generally, what you can expect from my coaching program is the following:

  • Design of a vision of what you would like to achieve
  • Determine the values that guide your decisions
  • Explore possibilities
  • Set goals that reflect your values and guide you to your vision
  • Determine internal and external obstacles to succeed
  • Support and guidance during the process

As a Yoga teacher I strongly believe in spiritual development as a complement to mental and physical enhancement. However, I only use yogic techniques when my clients are comfortable with the subject and ready to explore their spirituality through Yoga.
